Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or reach out anytime. If you’re feeling ready, go ahead and book your consultation.

  • Our approach requires:

    • Comprehensive assessment before programming

    • Individualized corrective exercise protocols

    • Ongoing program modification based on movement changes

    • Advanced training and education (CHEK Institute methodologies)

    • Low trainer-to-client ratios (quality over volume)

We're not the cheapest option. But recurring pain, repeated treatments, and training that doesn't work are expensive too—in time, money, and frustration.

If you're looking for budget personal training or group classes, this isn't the right fit.

  • No. Trial sessions and drop-ins don't allow us to identify root causes or track progress.

Our process begins with assessment. Training follows based on what we find.

If you're not ready to commit to the process, book a free consultation first. We'll discuss your situation and determine if this approach is right for you.

  • Life happens. We understand.

    Pauses:

For extended absences (injury, travel, life circumstances), we work with you to adjust your schedule within your term commitment.

    Cancellations:

    • Cancellations require 24-hour notice

    • Missed sessions without notice are forfeited

    • Early termination of term commitments forfeits remaining sessions (no refunds or prorated credits)

    Medical or emergency circumstances:

We evaluate case-by-case. Documentation may be required.

  • Yes, with notice and availability.

If you want to increase frequency (1x to 2x per week), we adjust your remaining sessions and billing accordingly.

If you want to decrease frequency, we maintain your current per-session rate for the remainder of your term.

  • We recommend choosing a frequency you can commit to consistently.

If you travel frequently or have unpredictable schedules, consider:

    • Lower frequency (1x/week instead of 2x/week)

    • Longer term (more flexibility to reschedule within term)

    • Between-session corrective work you can do while traveling

Cancellations: 24-hour notice required. Late cancels and no-shows forfeit the session.

Refunds & unused value: We do not offer refunds except in medically relevant circumstances. Otherwise, any unused amount paid becomes an account credit valid for 12 months (non-transferable, not redeemable for cash).

  • Occasionally.

    Current clients:

    • Referral credit: Refer a client who completes assessment and commits to training, receive $250 credit toward your next term

    New clients:

    • Assessment fee waiver: Comprehensive assessment fee ($250) waived for clients committing to 6+ month training term

We do not negotiate rates, offer trial pricing, or discount based on financial hardship.

  • No. HST (13%) is additional on all rates.

    Example:

    • 2x/week, 6-month term at $110/session = $880/month

    • With HST: $880 × 1.13 = $994.40/month

  • Yes. We offer an upfront payment discount for clients who prepay a minimum of 3 months.

Otherwise, training packages are billed monthly or biweekly via pre-authorized payments.
