QuickBooks Online Integration Terms (End User Agreement)
These QuickBooks Online Integration Terms (“Integration Terms”) apply when you connect QuickBooks Online (“QuickBooks”) to [WEBAPP NAME] (the “App”), operated by Unified Health & Fitness Centre (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By connecting QuickBooks to the App, you agree to these Integration Terms.
What this integration does
The App allows you to connect a QuickBooks Online account using Intuit’s authorization flow and to sync certain QuickBooks data into the App for features such as [examples: reporting, reconciliation support, client billing, bookkeeping workflows, dashboards].
Your authorization (permission to access and act)
When you connect QuickBooks, you authorize us to access the QuickBooks company(ies) you select and to perform actions you enable through the App.
You represent that you have the authority to grant this access for the QuickBooks company data involved (for example, you are the admin/owner or an authorized agent of the business).
Tokens / “keys” and secure storage
After you approve access in Intuit, Intuit provides credentials such as access tokens and refresh tokens (“Tokens”) that allow the App to maintain the connection and sync data.
You authorize us to receive and store these Tokens for the purpose of providing and maintaining the integration. We will store Tokens using reasonable security measures (for example, encrypted at rest and access-restricted).
Data we access, sync, and store
Depending on what you enable and Intuit permissions granted, we may access, sync, and store QuickBooks data such as:
Company profile/settings
Chart of accounts
Customers and vendors
Products/services
Invoices, payments, credit memos/notes, estimates
Bills, bill payments, expenses
Banking/transaction data (if enabled)
Balances and reports derived from QuickBooks records
We only access and store data necessary to provide the integration features you use.
Write-back (creating/updating data in QuickBooks)
The integration may support write-back now or in the future, which can include creating, updating, or deleting certain records in QuickBooks (for example, invoices, payments, customers, or related items) based on actions you take in the App or settings you enable.
You understand and agree that:
Actions enabled by you may change data in QuickBooks.
You are responsible for reviewing configuration/mappings and monitoring results.
You should verify that your QuickBooks data remains accurate for your accounting and tax needs.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect settings, user input, or limitations/changes in Intuit’s APIs.
How we use your QuickBooks data
We use QuickBooks data only to:
provide, maintain, and improve the integration features;
prevent fraud/abuse and secure our systems;
provide customer support and troubleshooting; and
comply with legal obligations?
We do not sell your QuickBooks data?
Data retention and deletion
We store synced QuickBooks data in our systems to provide functionality (for example, history, reporting, automation, and performance).
Retention: We retain synced data while your account is active and for up to [X days] after you disconnect or close your account, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, dispute, security, or backup purposes.
Deletion: You may request deletion of stored QuickBooks data by contacting us at rob@unifiedhealthfitness.com. We will delete or de-identify data within a reasonable time, subject to backup retention and legal requirements.
Disconnecting and revoking access
You can stop the integration at any time by:
disconnecting QuickBooks within the App (if available), and/or
revoking the App’s access in your Intuit/QuickBooks Online settings.
After disconnect/revocation, syncing will stop. Stored data will be handled according to Section 7.
Third-party terms (Intuit)
QuickBooks is provided by Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks is governed by Intuit’s terms and policies. We are not affiliated with Intuit and are not responsible for Intuit’s services, availability, security, or API changes.

THE INTEGRATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE INTEGRATION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE INTEGRATION WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE [3] MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW).
