My Story

In my early 20s, I survived a serious motorcycle accident. Combined with a family history of back problems, I know firsthand how frustrating pain and limited mobility can be. That experience pushed me to become a personal trainer focused on helping people move better, recover strength, and live without constant pain.

Who I Help

Since 2017, I’ve worked with clients ages 14 to 93 — from beginners walking into the gym for the first time, to athletes refining performance. Many of my clients come in with pain, posture issues, or old injuries that have limited their lives. My goal is always the same: create safe, effective programs that help people move with confidence and strength.

My Approach

I don’t believe in quick fixes. My approach is holistic — blending personal training, corrective exercise, posture work, mobility training, nutrition, and recovery. Every program is tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on safety, sustainability, and real-world results. Whether your goal is weight loss, building strength, or simply living without pain, I’ll help you make consistent progress that lasts.


Common Issues I Help With

Many clients come to me with challenges like:

  • Back, neck & shoulder pain — disc issues, muscular strain, sciatica, stenosis, headaches, migraines.

  • Posture problems — forward head posture, rounded shoulders, kyphosis, lordosis, flat feet.

  • Joint & soft tissue injuries — ACL/MCL tears, bursitis, tendonitis, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel.

  • Mobility & balance limitations — vertigo, hip impingement, reduced range of motion.

  • Special populations — cancer patients (bone density, fatigue, strength & recovery during/after treatment), older adults (fall prevention, independence), high-performance athletes (strength, power, injury prevention).

My role is to design safe, personalized exercise programs that address these concerns while building long-term health, strength, and resilience.
