The 12‑Week Strength & Pain Reset

This is our primary coaching pathway for women 40–55.

Includes:

  • Comprehensive Assessment

  • 2x/week private coaching sessions

  • Individually designed strength and mobility plan

  • Ongoing adjustments to keep training pain‑free and effective

  • Clear benchmarks for strength, posture, and comfort

Most clients invest $2,400–$3,000 for the full 12 weeks.
